Curated specifically for Cinéma Moderne by the filmmaker himself, Nightsongs is a program of eight short experimental films by multidisciplinary artist Scott Barley.

« Among the films here, the ones I am most proud of, are those which I describe as “nightsongs”, where the distance between the experience and the experiencer narrow into a unitive absence, a visible absence, where there is a possibility of becoming both witness and choir. »
