In the depths of the woods, a moose senses imminent danger. An arrow pierces its belly and it collapses. As the days and seasons go by, its remains are left out like an open-air buffet: one by one, foxes, racoons, insects, bears and carrion birds come to eat their fill of the corpse. Around this woodland feast, silence reigns.
