While doing a report, a sports journalist discovers talented skater Violeta Martínez. It’s a revelation. But, overnight, the girl escapes without a trace. Armed only with a love letter penned by a certain Armando, the journalist heads to a small village on the Mexican coast in the hopes of finding her. Carried by the captivating voice and enigmatic presence of Marie Brassard, this singular début feature takes us on a sensory journey of nighttime wanderings and waking dreams.
